I wonder, if I walked through any mall in America right now, asking 'if you had to find a plumber, where would you start' or 'if you're in a new city, how do you find the local pizzaria'. I would suspect at least 50%, if not more, of the people either say 'internet search' or 'Google'. People are using Google to find local businesses, period, everyday, all day.
